Inaccessible Items.

Recently I started standardizing a project for servUO and every time I restart the server it says it detects inaccessible items and deletes the bank boxes for my two test characters. What's up with that?

I've seen the same on my Orb server, no players just my characters and another staff member that hasn't been on in a long time.

I get this every so often even with only 2 accounts with only 1 char on each
""01:46:52 Cleanup: Detected 2 inaccessible items, including 2 bank boxes, removing..""
bank boxes are still there once I log in

Cleanup.cs

If the bankbox has no owner OR the bankbox is empty, they are deleted. If they were empty, they are created for the character the next time he opens his bank.
