How do you open the UO KR graphics like that? I want to extract animations from uuo kr to use as reference for my game, but Im just an graphic designer and animator so I need to be able to open the animations like you doing, can you tell me please?

That looks like UOFiddler: UO Fiddler

Yes that is UOFiddler but modified for Prapilk so he can make the part of animation edit window transparent. KR files were extracted in some other tool. I guess it may bee Pinco's EC Viewer or one of older utilities from Kons.
