I don't want to sound as a bad guy but, did you consider using different static ids for floors?
Ex for the sandstone tiles, using 1181 and 1183, or for the sandstone floor using different 1317-1320 or 1321-1324?

Was it only due to a limitation?

Usually I will mix up different floor tiles/roof tiles/hues and such With 11 downloads I don't think there are to many who are turned off by it, of course once the building is placed any one could hue the floors different if they choose to. Everyone has a different preference of what they like and don't like of course.
