Making my own Server

Hello there, I'm new here on the Forums but not new to the game.
Anyway, I am wanting to make my own server that I can turn into a public server later on.

I'm looking for tips about what to do and especially how to start. But first, I'm looking for some specifics though off the bat.

1 - How can I make my maps and what is the best way to do it?
2 - How do I access the files to import and secondly, how can I import files from the packs I want to use?
3 - I want a version that includes High Seas, so what is the best version for that? (If I can get up to Endless Journey, then that would be great!)
 
1 - Centred for sure. I think people also use DragonMap to make full maps.
2 - Most of your "Custom" files should be imported within C:\YOUR_SERVER\Scripts\Custom
3 - Look up "ExpansionInfo.cs" within your ServUO files

Great! Thank you for that, now how do I go about finding the ServUO files and how do I actually MAKE the Server as a whole
