Is there a way to add something to the travel style books where a player can't use it while in jail?

Not at home atm but . . .can you do a Region check for the Jail region in the OnDoubleClick for the book then send a message and return before the book opens?

I didn't need to found a new Jail System by Xanthos. Which removes everything in the players backpack. and places it in the bank of said player. Thanks for your help though.
