my ip cannot connect the server

Have you set your ServerList with your ip? You could also check here to be sure the port is open (with the server running) http://canyouseeme.org/
Add your server information to your firewall or even test connection with the firewall off
If you have a router -you may need to go online and log into the router in order to add the server to allow connection

Follow the indications for some stuffs, it shoudl be fairly similar.
Get in your WAN parameters on your router and forward the port 2593 which is default.

Also, do not use your external ip on the local machine.
Always use 127.0.0.1 or a 192.168.x.x when you can do so, as the external ip is for those outside.

Use the link @Milva suggested to see if people can connect on 2593.

so Famous Server List i should use which one? Protocol still tcp?
 
I'm pretty sure it's TCP yes.
As for the serverlist.cs one, you should enter your external ip.
You can get your ip from https://www.whatismyip.com/

Use the local ips when you connect to your server with razor or softwares and in the local network.

i saw https://www.whatismyip.com/ , so Port Forwarding Local IP is my real ip right? then Port Range use which one?

i set up

Port Range and Local Port is 2593, then local ip is my real public ip address, thats right?
but still cannot connect...
 
No, when you do port forwarding on your router you must enter the 192.168.x.x one.
The server window is able to print it on startup, you can see Listening to: 192.168.x.x.
Or you can use the ipconfig command on a windows cmd box.

okay , so if used 192.168.x.x , how about real ip ?
Port still 2593 right?
 
ServerList.cs or in some config file in the servuo folders you must change the IP to use the one you had from the "what is my ip" website.
For port 2593 is ok.
