Greetings everyone. Been around for a bit, but finally jumped in and started using ServUO. I was a long time RunUO guy but that software has just not been updated in forever.

So, is it normal for servUO to not ask to create an admin account? I've tried multiple times and it has never asked me to. I even deleted and recompiled everything, and it still just asks for the directory, then goes straight into listening.

no i don't think that's normal. delete your saves folder then recompile. use the bat file.

Did you go into the Config folder, then the data path , set it to your game client?

New issue. Game client seems to run with no sound. When I attempt to open options, it crashes the game.

When I had options crash the game, it was a corrupt profile on the local machine. Inside your Documents\EA Games there should be folders for Your client, and a User Data folder inside of it. Inside of that folder, will be every account you've logged in with. Whichever account is having the issue, delete the folder. THIS WILL RESET YOUR GUI.
