New and looking for snow!

Hello, new to the forums but not to servUO im looking to get my private server up for play around with graphics again. I was also curious if anyone was able to point me to where i could put a snowy terrain! Something i really want to mess with! Also to maybe just see for myself on other clients.

I didn't know if there was already a "Snowy World" of Fel or so i thought so. I read a lot about it but heard it was incompleted etc..

Not sure about a snowy world- Dagger Isle is all snow and I'm sure with a patch soon many areas will have snow for the winter
