Not sure how much time you spend doing each animation, but this is awesome. UO can always use new animations.

Usually around 7 hours to do a complete animation from ripping the animation from wow files to making the animated gif the right size and correct frames the splicing the gif into bmps then actually creating the animation. lol its a lot of steps and uses about 6 different programs to do it lol.

Hi! I am a great fan of your ripped monster as the lion and so on.

Do you think you could help me or write a guide for ripping graphics from blizzard games such as WoW or Diablo?

If so I would share all the stuff I do with the community also.

Thank you for your reply and have a nice day!

Its basically ripping animations from any game into animated gifs or if you can into bmps. One trick is to make the background color black and not white because if you have to resize the animation leaving it white causes issues of a whitish blots around animation. the programs I use are WOW model viewer, Website https://ezgif.com/split to split and crop and resize gifs works really well, UOAnim ( to actually place the bmps in order and create block ids), Michelangelo ( to create a verdata file for use in last program), and finally mulpatcher ( I import the verdata file and use a back up anim files DON'T USE Originals! to create a .vd file which cant be placed anywhere. I do use UOFiddler to make sure the animations are aligned in the z factor.

Yeah, I have no problem making the npcs from bmp, but could never extract them from wow. I will try wow model viewer, thank you
[doublepost=1526660819][/doublepost]Do you have a link for a model viewer working with current legion data?

I ran into this problem now. What graphic card do you use please?

Thank you, I got it working. One more question, how do you convert the slides to bmp? The website can split it only to jpg/png

Edit: I solved the problem of the bmp conversion by another website.

I think I am going to the finish with this. I have one more problem. How exactly do you resize your images? I have a problem that the bmps that I get are too big.

The zebra is the right size now, but the frame around it is so large that my mulpatcher almost exploded. Any way to shrink it so the zebra doesnt shrink?

What I normally do is just do a save as when using the gif website as bmps. To resize I just use regular paint open the bmp up and just do a resize is all. I would do a crop option when using the gif website and just crop ijmage down to the smallest size around the image as possible.
