I found the note script in the ServUO files, but how do I add text to it with scrollable content that people can open and read.

I get to open it is maybe --

or something close to it.
 
Not sure quite what your looking for but if it's a gump with a window that scroll's the text this is a gump from a lottery system i wrote a while ago...

The very last line with the bool value set to true allowed it to scroll, the info can be found if you've generated your servers DOC's (from the [admin menu if i remember right)...
