Old UO program to outfit npc?

I seem to remember a program that outfitted your npc with the in game clothing that you select? am i mistaken or was that program ever a thing? does it still exist if im not crazy? lol

oh yeah just checked it out... i think it was older than that program.. wish i could remember what it was..

This is the closest thing that comes to what you are describing. It's a good program, but old.
