I just tried [gmbody and it works great.... now how the heck do I get my old body and clothes back?

just dress your char again however you like

[set bodyvalue 400 and target yourself

Anything you were wearing at the time got deleted with the gmbody command, along with your old pack and anything that was in it.

Changing back to the 400 bodyvalue will let you keep all the other goodies the command gave you but you'll have to pick out a new set of clothes

Well bugger! It did give me the opportunity to get rid of all the junk in that character's backpack.

Lesson Learned Today : Don't execute commands without reading up on them.
