First off there are 2 bugs I have been unable to figure out so if you know the solution let me know and I can get it updated.

1 is due to the core scripts, you cannot use the splash potion as staff, you can throw it but it will not effect mobiles.
2 is if you use the splash potion but do not throw it, it will consume 2 potions instead of just the 1 it should.

Other than that I have tested this as much as I can and am ready to release it.
