Here you go I made a usable version of Phoenix armor awhile ago.

I edited out my setting and added yours for Durabiliy and STR-Req ranges.

Also added a pair of Leather Boots.

Use these as you please.

Thanks! On OSI shards apparently the boots caused quite the controversy amongst collectors because they are not part of the official set and were given out in extremely limited numbers. These could serve to be an ultra rare addon.
