I threw both scripts into the Custom folder, but I can not create both items (I do not see them in [add list) and received an info that "no type wih that name was found.

Did you try [add race or [add sex?

I solved the problem, no less sex change deed is bugged.The change of sex from a man to a woman changes the title from Lord to Lady, also changes props Female from false to true but does not change the Body for a woman (from 400 to 401).Checked on the elf.
