I have a lot of unuse in the client, if there is no name and no gumps attached to the item can I remove it?

If you mean this graphic then yes but what do you plan to achieve? Removing those will have very small effect on overall file art size as uo files are constructed in a way that when you have same graphic multiple times in a file then all items point to one place so it's saved only once in files. In short: format is already optimized for storage.

When UO Fiddler updates they will go into some of those

What bothers me is that many seem attached to nothing.

There are those in white but which seems empty too


Maybe there's a command in game to see if it's related to something?

It looks like they started to tag all the unused slots with these placeholders for some reason, but then abandoned the idea.
