Are the Resource Ratings disabled?
I can't seem to be able to add a rating to anything I've downloaded.

I can't either. Not sure why, I have nothing to do with the back-end of the forums

Working for me, just left one on your Hues https://www.servuo.com/archive/view-hues.1389/reviews

- Used the LEAVE A RATING button just below the download button after downloading!

Once you click on resource- then top right you will see this
