Runtime error

Hi,

I have updated my ServUO isntance to https://github.com/ServUO/ServUO/commit/ec95412bd68475b3af57d1473277d2a227124dc2 and after compiling and runnig I get:

well I dont know if there is a backup for the staff runebook locations but that xml file for it seems to be an issue or at least one of it
since it apparently is corrupt

I've had this happen twice now with Joeku's staff runebook. I've had to delete the XML file to get the server to start again. Your server just keeps restarting over and over and over again, until you delete the XML file.

In reading some other threads they've said it could be a vitanex error? Anyone else having this issue?

This has nothing to do with Vita-Nex. It's probably to do with the fact that it's MONO.

Unexpected end of file while parsing Name has occurred

When saving, the file is being cut short, or perhaps it's saving a funky character name that it can't parse back out.

We may need a copy of the xml file to verify.
