Saves freeze server

I got back from an extended break from servUO and tried to log back in. Long story short, I messed up settings trouble shooting a login issue and backups got deleted (including accounts).

When the server saves, it only creates a few folders in the save directory, and then freezes. How can I at least fix the save issue so I can start a new server with the modifications I have set for the server?
