Scripts.dll could not be opened -- Image is too small

Just now getting this error. Put in some scripts, had many errors, took them out and decided to put them in one at a time, then I get this error:
CSC : error CS0009: Metadata file '/root/ServUO/Scripts/bin/Release/Scripts.dll' could not be opened -- Image is too small. [/root/ServUO/Application/ServUO.csproj]

try to delete the folder /root/ServUO/Scripts/bin

then let it recompile
