Prior to this report, not even 23 hours ago this system was working fine... I don't get it.

Fixed the issue! If anyone gets something like this it's because Ultima Live cannot find the Client Data Files.... that said make sure your datapath.cs is set up correctly; I changed my datapath address so thats why I ran into this error.
