OP scabs Member Jun 9, 2016 #4 After I did the [createworld I had to uncheck either ML Decorations or SA Decorations then it populated fine and didn't crash.

dmurphy Administrator Jun 9, 2016 #5 This happens because of windows permissions. You either need to turn of UAC or run ServUO in administrator mode.
