Sparring Dummy - Training dummy that shows damage overhead and has a healthbar

This is a script that I put together to test weapon damages on my server. Very Simple script. The base for this script comes from Voxpires Damageable Items script for RunUO. It's a training dummy that you can attack and it shows the damage you do overhead. It does have HP and can eventually be destroyed.

I did some tweaking so it is now unbreakable and trains weapon skills to skill cap.
Would train magery with mage weapons (untested)
OP can include it in OP if so wishes.
