I want to build my own shard thats in the true Renaissance Era, with trammel and felucca. and i have no programing experience.

I have read that ServUO is easy to do, but i'm not sure what file to download, and to where to save it on my PC, i have seen some post saying not to save into the C drive.

i would like to have this shard to where my friends could get into as well.

maybe there is and i am jumping the gun, but looking for a step by step instruction

i have started my server, figured out how to go into admin and start server, creating mobiles and moongates, but no buildings have doors, when i loog back in my character is underground, i can not place anything into my back pack and when i creat something it also drops it underground.

[createworld should do the trick for the mobiles, moongates, doors, and decoration

If you're getting stuck underground then your client versions, maps, etc, don't match between what the server is using and your client

If you're using the actual UOR client files, you'll need to adjust the map sizes

and if you can't put things in your backpack the problem is probably the client you are using
