'system.DateTime' to 'long' error

I got everything in the mercenary system to compile except for this error



I am not sure what this means. I will attach the script. Any suggestions?

I had found another version of this that worked and now found a fix for this version.

NextActionTime = DateTime.Now;
To:
NextActionTime = Core.TickCount;
