Tracking kills/point system

I am looking to add an achievement & high score system to my hardcore mod. Is there something already in place that I can use to pull information from or another mod that does something similar? I want to be able to track kills from a list of creatures/bosses to grant titles and show a high score gump.

I have seen this done somewhere. I have always wanted a system that recorded every kill and had rewards. Would be awesome to view how many times you have killed something and how many champ spawns you have complete. Would compel people to keep going. Leader boards ect...
