UOFiddler Issue

Anyone had this issue before?
My settings seem set.. Ive been trying multiple type of versions..
Not too certain what I am missing!

What I try to manage plugins or enable them I get this :
(Restarting does not work)

If you are using older or different version then get latest from here: Releases · polserver/UOFiddler
After unpacking it to a folder right click the plugins .dll files in plugins folder and go to Properties and unblock them. Because binaries are not signed windows tends to mark anything downloaded from the web as potentially dangerous and you have to unblock it.

When I open the pluggins screen I always have this message: I restart 20 times and its always the same
