UOP Conversion

Hi, anyone know if there is any working *.uop file converter to .mul and even more if there is a way to put back the .mul into .uop ?

I've tried the UOP Converter but it seems not working on Windows 10 and i have no known way to revert my *.mul files into *.uop

Found out my answer myself finally using the Pluggin with UOFiddler that was not available on the UOFiddler 4.6 i had but this link here if anyone need it incluse the last pluggin UOP Packer to convert both sides
