Better Idle Animation

Okay. So even if you've followed my link to Infinitum and saw the Lesser Vargouille...I came to a realization while playing around with Elemental mobs. Unlike other mobs (who generally freeze when they idle) some of the elemental mobs play another animation...like air, fire and water....so they look like they're in motion.
This is accomplished by giving them the value 1004 in the mobtypes.txt file and having an animated idle sequence for animation 12 (attack crossbow).
