VitaNex + ServUO?

I have yet to download ServUO/ForkUO, trying to find out the differences between it and RunUO stock. One question I have as well is does the VitaNexCore work with ServUO?

Yes, should be completely drag and drop too. I also have plans to include it with the repo (just turned off initially.)
