Why my char has some weird robe over him on my new ServUO?

Included screenshot - my testing admin character seems to have some weird robe on him, above all other clothes; it disappears if i try to put it in the backpack or on the ground, but respawns when I enter the game next time.
Some bug?
Client 7.0.20.0, Servuo from this week.

With a bit older Servuo it was the same; wonder what can it be.

Razor did that for a while until update, but not sure about your client

Yeah, it appears to be a client/assistant issue at first glance.

Launched server via clean Publish 57 - so far no problems with 7.0.20 and 7.0.16, so it seems to be solved, I suppose. Still wonder what was it, but at least don't experience it anymore.
