there are some spells uncommented. Just put them in again
 
Also sometimes there is a command that you have to type in to Enable spellweaving or something like that if I remember correctly.
 
There may be a reason Wildfire is disabled. We haven't gotten around to checking this out yet.

I seem to remember it being disabled a while back, some bug that had to do with the flames landing inside houses or something. They disabled it but never fixed it. I forget the exact bug tho.
 
Thanks for the tidbit! I probably wouldn't have thought about that during testing. I've added this thread to the re-enable spells feature.
